Q.	Do you have Race Cards and Results?
	YES - We publish our Racecards the evening before racing and update them with the full results in the morning.
Q.	Do you produce you own Odds or Tissue?
	YES - On the race cards each horse is given odds (The Sharp Odds) these are the statistical probability of the horse winning the race.
Q.	What about statistics for each race horse, do you provide them?
	YES - We have over 40 statistics not just for every Horse, but for the Jockeys and Trainers as well in every UK race.
Q.	Can I get ratings as well?
	YES - As well the statistics we produce a range of ratings for every Horse, Jockey and Trainer as well a set of Overall Ratings. These directly compare every runner in each race.
Q.	I have my own ideas about rating each runner, can you help?
	YES - We have developed an on-line 'Ratings Designer' where you can design your own ratings, analysis them, apply them to any race then save them.
Q.	Can I develop my own system?
	YES - With the System Designer you can develop you own system even incorporating your own ratings from the 'Ratings Designer', all available on-line under your log on.
Q.	This all very well but I just want a quick reference do you have top rated horses?
	YES - The Nibblers are our Top Rated Horses for each race, offering exceptional strike rates at some very high prices!
Q.	I want to see the Top Jockeys and Top Trainers, do you offer this service?
	YES - The Super Saddles and Star Stables are the top Jockeys and Trainers of the day, not only do we tell who to look out for and their profitability but we also tell you which races they are in.
Q.	I don't have the time to run my own systems, can you provide me with quality bets?
	YES - We have our own Bets to both Back and Lay horses in Sharp Advice, Professional bets delivered to you 'inbox' through out the day. We also have some Members System bets to follow.
Q.	I have my own system which is quiet complicated can you automate it for me?
	YES - For paying subscribers we can automate certain systems, automatically updating them so that your bets are there waiting for you to log on and pick them up.
Q.	Can I download the Statistics for use in my own systems?
	YES - All the Statistics, Ratings, Race Cards and Results as well as Systems Bets are available for download. These downloads can be imported into most spreadsheets.
Q.	Is there anything else that I should know about before I sign up?
	YES - We update our on-line database every 15 minutes throughout the racing day which means that if there is ANY change in conditions or non-runners declared all the Statistics, Ratings, in fact EVERYTHING is updated. That way you have the most up to date information to act on.
Q.	What if I signup and the service isn't for me, can I get a refund?
	YES - We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if the service is not for you, then simply cancel your subscription and we will REFUND you the cost of your subscription. We want 100% Satisfaction nothing less is good enough for us!
